Get to Know This Month’s Presenter

Morgan White, MS, RD, RYT-200

Morgan White graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics. After earning her credential as a registered dietitian, she has continued to expand her expertise on health and wellness by earning a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science, a Graduate Certificate in Public Health, an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, and a Registered Yoga Teacher-200 Hour Certification. For the past 5 years she has been utilizing her knowledge and skills in corporate spaces to help cultivate a culture of wellness on worksites and beyond.

Morgan takes a non-diet approach to nutrition education and counseling to help clients create sustainable lifestyle changes that are realistic and support maintaining a healthy relationship with food. She also promotes joyful movement as a form of stress management and self-care. As full time working mother of 3, her relatable and honest nature aid her in building trusting and meaningful relationship with clients and colleagues.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling with her family, crocheting, and spending time on the lake.
