Adjusting to changing circumstances is an important life skill that builds confidence and manages stress. Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve all been handed opportunities to cultivate the life skill of adjusting. We’re learning to adjust our family time, friend time, meal times, and fun time.  Being productive while working from home also takes some adjusting.  Creating an ergonomic workspace and adding intentional movement breaks into the telecommuting workday are little adjustments with big benefits.  To teach us how to make these adjustments, the APC Safety and Health Team has provided these recommendations. Check it out here!
